Condominium Units

Are you located on the beach?

Yes. Midnight Pass Road running North and South of Siesta Key has lodgings on both sides of the road. We are located on the West side of Midnight Pass. Once you park in our garage, you head straight for the boardwalk, and in minutes, you are on the beach. You may view our location on our Contact page.

When is check-in?

On Saturdays, the change-over day, Owners and Renters may register at the front desk any time after 8 AM and use the facility, parking and the beach. However, unit keys will not be given out until 3 PM. If a guest is renting a partial week (not a Saturday arrival), they may check in any time between 9 AM and 5 PM.

When is check-out?

To expedite housekeeping and maintenance duties on Saturdays, check out is 10:00 AM.

What is the rental policy?

The Sandpiper leases units year round and prices vary depending on the seasons. Please see Rental Opportunities for more information on how to arrange for a rental please give our office a call.

What kind of payment do you accept?

The Sandpiper accepts cash, bank or personal checks, and credit cards for our unit security deposits and rentals.

How does one purchase a unit?

View the Timeshare Resales page for a list of available units. Use one of the contact methods to reach an office staff member who will put you in touch with the Sales Department.

What does my unit look like?

On the About page when you scroll down, you will see photos of our facility.

What items come standard in the unit?

Full Kitchen: full-size refrigerator w/ ice maker, dishwasher, duel coffee maker (k-cup & full pot brew), various utensils and dishes for cooking, baking and serving. Place settings for 6 people, complete with plates, drinking glasses (also wine glasses) coffee mugs and utensils, full-size washer and dryer, wet-dry Swiffer, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, a total of 6 face, hand and bath towels. No beach towels are provided, but may be rented.

Is smoking permitted in the unit?

No.

Smoking/vaping of any kind is not permitted in any unit or on the beach per Sarasota County Code. Smoking is only permitted on the lanais, BBQ and grill area, parking garage, or very at the very end of the boardwalk.

Are pets allowed on the property?

No.

Are service animals allowed on the property?

Service/ES animals ONLY. They must be disclosed at the time of booking and paperwork requirements must be provided to the office within 10 days of booking.

What amenities do you have on the property?

On our About page, scroll down to see photos and descriptions of our units, gym, conference room, pool and picnic area and ball court.

Is there access to the internet?

You can access Wi-Fi in each unit. On floor one, we have a conference room that has a computer, with access to the internet.

Do you have laundry facilities?

We supply a washer and dryer in every unit.

Where is the ice machine?

On floor one, toward the east, before you arrive at the tennis court.

Is access to the beach always available?

The Sandpiper’s boardwalk to and from the beach has a gate with a keypad entrance. This gate is unlocked at 7 AM and locked back up at 11 PM.

Do you have any beach services?

We offer a beach umbrella service for $65 per umbrella, per week. The maintenance crew will set up and take down the umbrellas. Lounge chairs are free and available. If you are unable to mange getting a chair or simply choose to have chair brought to you that service can be provided for $15 per chair, per week.
